Greetings & Kia ora,

Hailing from the picturesque landscapes of New Zealand, my journey into chiropractic stems from overcoming significant work and sports injuries as a child and teen. The life changing benefits I experienced during my rehab fuelled my passion for delivering the absolute best chiropractic care.

After completing Bachelor and Masters’ degrees of chiropractic in NZ and the UK, I spent years developing a unique style of spinal therapy to now specialise in Biostructural correction. My approach takes the best of each and integrates a blend of spinal manipulation techniques – Diversified, Gonstead, Activator, Upper Cervical Specific and Extremity adjusting.

Dedicated to realignment & postural correction, but more importantly removing the ‘root cause of pain’.

What sets me apart is my natural rapport with patients and promoting a collaborative environment to identify and address any impediments to natural healing and health.

Having lived in the UK since 2001, I now call beautiful Chester home. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my young family who have now taken over any hobbies or interests I once had (those were the days).

I look forward to meeting you!

Practice Manager

Hi everyone, I currently manage everything behind the scenes at Absolute Chiro Health and like Rich, I’m a massive advocate for chiropractic.  I was one of those people who was too anxious to be ‘clicked’ and never really had issues with my spine.  It wasn’t until my first pregnancy when I started to feel aches and pains early in the second trimester that I accepted I needed help with my changing body, and started getting regular care.  It quickly became clear that chiropractic doesn’t hurt and being regularly adjusted had such a positive impact on my body and mental health throughout my pregnancy.  I was still running up until 7 months pregnant although it was probably more shuffling, not exactly running!  Based on my own experiences and how much it helped physically and mentally, I would highly recommend regular chiropractic care throughout pregnancy and after.

Originally from New Zealand, I spent many years living in London as well as Ireland and USA and lived for my travels.  Since having my two beautiful girls, life is very different now, less travel, more Cbeebies.  We’ve lived in Chester for three years and have found it to be a wonderful place for our little family.

I look forward to meeting you all soon.
